I am an Associate Professor of Strategy at ESSEC Business School. I earned my PhD in Economics from Bocconi University. My research sits at the intersection of strategic human capital, innovation strategy, and organizational design, with a particular focus on how individuals, technology, and structures shape firm performance. My work has been published in leading academic and practitioner outlets, including Management Science, Organization Science, and Strategic Management Journal. I am an affiliate of CEPR (London) and currently serve on the Editorial Review Board of the Strategic Management Journal.
